Tap into Presence

Today we are gonna talk about somatic reflexes, and tips for getting present. Somatic reflexes meaning the ways the body expresses that's out of our control, is subconscious and mostly communicated from the brain to the body through the vegas nerve.  This regulates our heart beat, digestion, body temperature, subconscious beliefs and patterns. We are also gonna go over useful ways to be present along side of a tapping meditation for focused energy.
